They never answer the phone at this location, it's very frustrating. I then drive there and it's not busy so I call from my cell phone and still nobody pics up.....

If I could give 0 stars I would. If they answered their phone I wouldve known Saturday to leave and get a cashiers check or wire transfer in person so I can close on my house today but instead they have a phone that doesnt get answered and then Im told last minute today it has to be in person. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced and I advise anyone and everyone to not go with TD bank that only cares about themselves. Definitely switching.

Absolute worst bank imagineable for a continued customer of over 12 years. I have three accounts with TD including a checking, savings, and credit card. Not only have I had issues with fraud and lack of response time for my credit card. I also get flooded with ATM fees as when I moved to CT from mass there are not many in my area. I will tell you the incentives they offer their new customers does not apply to their continued so called "Valued customers". I am displeased and will be closing all three of my accounts. I will be sharing this experience on every social media venue possible and my brother in law will also be closing his account.

I went to the Grove street branch in Cherry Hill, I've been to most of the branches in South jersey and been dealing with TD since they were Commerce, I dealt with a woman named Suzanne and she was the. Most knowledgeable and friendliest teller I've ever dealt with.....
