      image I currently live here and the living conditions are a joke. They had the heat off during one of the coldest weeks in January, instead of getting rid of the mold in my daughters room they painted over it, and now theres black flakes in the hot water yet they havent notified any of the residents but have the nerve to raise the rent when NOTHING has been updated or fixed since I have lived here in 2022. Also all of the doors are supposed to be locked yet theyre always propped open for anyone to come into the building which is unsafe.

      image This place is the dirtiest apartments in cherry hill. The Roaches are the main issue besides the mice infestation. Stay away especially if you have kids!!!
