The Grand Cherry Hill Apartment Homes

The grand is a really nice place to live. The staff makes you very comfortable. The receptionist Ms. Nancy is by far one of the nicest human beings Ive met. She helped me from day one and always have that calmness to help tenants. Always works with a smile and soft tone. Maintenance staff are awesome and environment is safe as well.

Overall great place to live! The move in process was very smooth thanks to Ms.Latonya! She is always available when needed and is very polite. The space in the apartment is great for my family and I. Great place to live!

These homes are great! The property manager Latonya is very friendly and positive. She was able to help me get my issues settled in a timely manner and she was very understanding to the situation. It truly was hassle free and Im so appreciative of her working with me to fix the issues.

Out of date. Dirty. Management doesn't care and are often downright rude. Had someone throw up in the hallway across the hall from my door and they never cleaned it correctly. Most of the chairs on the pool deck are broken and the pool itself is icky. The gym equipment is super old and alot is damaged. Dog park gets flooded every time it rains. If you don't smoke weed get used to the smell cause it comes out of the vents in force. Saw quite a few "wood roaches" that's what the exterminator called them cause they come from all the rotting wood surrounding the complex. Thats all I can think of right now. Oh wait on the positive side the location is grand lol.
