i ordered a arrangement for a birthday to be delivered yesterday which was never delivered and when i try to call there phone doesnt work.

Waited over 1 hour to pickup. Ordered a funeral arrangement for 2 o'clock on Monday. Got a call that they would be closed but will meet me at 11 am at store. Got here 10:30 am and waited until q11:30. NO one showed up.

I placed an online order with this business for same day delivery. Hours later I was called and told the driver has left for the day. My arrangements wont be able to make it. I was told that they can try the next day but that they also didnt have the vase I paid for and they would replace it with a small vase. No compensation, no apologies, just an I can issue you a refund. Now its the end of the day and I cant find someone else to deliver an arrangement today. The website never stated that orders needed to be in by a certain time in order for the arrangement to be delivered the same day. Im beyond frustrating and hate that I trusted this business.
