Flowers On Route 88

It was my granddaughter‘s 19th birthday I call Tele flora to deliver her a floral arrangement birthday cake December 13 I get a call from the florist saying they have no driver they cannot deliver I have to wait till tomorrow they already took the money delivery was supposed to be at 11 o’clock the next day didn’t arrive until 5 PM my granddaughter send me a picture and it wasn’t exactly the order Missing a dozen of roses and greens on the bottom they replace roses with carnations I’m highly upset I paid good money I’m upset Tele flora and this Flores never again, it wasn’t a cake shape, it was more like a heart, Celina Saez

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday they said they delivered them. They lied, there are cameras everywhere they never delivered them. I called to ask where there were and they said they would resend them. Yea they sent them two days later and not what I ordered. I paid for a mason jar and they sent a basic vase. Half of the flowers were fillers. Never again. Keep your money and go somewhere else.

My daughter got 2 dozen gorgeous long stemmed roses and I received a smaller arrangement. Both were beautiful! I posted a picture on the website.
