        Would be giving 0 if i could. My water pipe has bursted over 7 times since I started staying here, and the complex refuses to get it fixed. Since its not them being without water, unable to shower, wash dishes, clean clothes. Its not a big deal meanwhile their renters need to suffer. Avoid moving here at all costs.
