        Association and manager are HORRIBLE! Old, rusty pipes have caused SEWAGE back up in my unit along with 3 other units MULTIPLE times and caused damage. Association and manager are ignoring phone calls and emails from my insurance to repair the damage which is also a health issue. Dues are almost $300 a month for absolutely nothing! Do not move here!
