Picco did a full gut renovation with an addition for us and we are very happy with the finished product! Vince and Erick were great to work with. They were honest, fair and reasonable throughout the whole process and every one of their employees were polite and respectful.

The first time we worked with Picco 2 years ago was on a remodel of a bathroom in our old house. We sold that and bought a new house where we did an extensive renovation that consisted of a large addition, new kitchen, all new bathrooms, new plumbing/electric and HVAC throughout. Just like the first time, they did a great job. Vince and Kevin spent significant time with us upfront going through planning and ensuring we understood what the process was going to be like. They also helped us understand when we needed to make decisions so we had time to plan. Once the work started we had weekly calls with our Project Manager Connor and Vince as well. They were super professional from start to finish and the work came out beautiful. Highly recommend!

I had Picco Partners do a small remodel for me. I have more I'd like to do, but with contractors, it's hit or miss. They did a phenomenal job, coming in on budget and suggesting small little details that I never thought of. Very professional and followed up with me regularly. They were a little more expensive than the other options, and worth every penny. Can't wait to start the rest of the remodeling now that I found Picco! Would definitely recommend!

Picco was recommended to us by a family friend. We needed to do an addition to our home and were skiddish about doing such a large scale project but Vince and the team were great to work with right from the start. They were involved starting with the design process and helped us understand pricing and what the process would be like. During construction we received updates on a daily basis and had a standing call with Connor (our project manager). There were a few surprises behind the walls given the age of the original house and they made us aware right away and had a plan to deal with it.
