        Do not use this company. Used Sylvio for renovations in 2017. Quick to take the money to start, but took forever getting permits. Quoted 4 months to finish, took over a year. Permits still open in 2021 for small HVAC issues, and no response from owner or manager. Ruined my boiler when house was dormant after demo, pipes cracked. New boiler replaced out of pocket at a "discount", but not done correctly and permits still open. Always a story about why it can't get finished. Cheap materials and labor used, my kitchen sink already has leaks, vinyl floor that was laid down done without proper leveling and show cracks in areas. Contracted workers, who knows where they come from. Don't be fooled by the pictures on their website/Facebook, that is only for the clients that have money and they rip off. You've been warned!
