The super is extremely unhelpful, to the point of neglect. The landlord doesn't have an email and is requesting complaints to be sent via US postal services. My blinds were broken since before I moved in, the super told me that I would need to pay several hundred dollars for a repair. I was not able to talk to anybody who could help me. The experience is harrowing. I have a plumbing issue, in July, and the super cannot be contacted.

Michelle is extremely hateful and nasty for no reason. On top of being extremely disrespectful to tentants, she is also very unhelpful. Doesn't want to answer any questions and just says 'I'm not talking to you' over and over like a parrot. Never seen anything like this in my life. FIRE her!

I've lived here for a year, and the price is not fair, not fair at all. Pros: - "Free" parking lot. - Three spacious closets. - Location is convenient (for someone with a car or bike). Cons: - Management is the worst part: I always paid rent on time and never caused any trouble. They barely pick up the phone (Michelle is always out of her office), they are too busy for their tenants, when they pick up the phone, they do not let you explain what you need. They always come up with excuses. In conclusion, not organized and bad costumer service. - Super is never available. - Apartments are poorly ventilated. - Fire alarm goes off with anything. - Kitchen is old (maybe 80 years old and way over used). First day, when they turn my gas on, it caused a leak. Called the manager and he, literally, hung up on me after telling me he was busy. - Floor wrongly made and polished. - No light installation on the ceiling. - Very thin walls. - Neighbors not as stable as you migh expect. - If you pay extra, you get new tiles in the bathroom and two A/C which do not work. I got this apartment because it was very well situated for me, but just the kitchen's appearancee and the fact that when I went to see the apartment for the first time, one of the fire alarms went off, the manager knocked and saw the apartment full of smoke were were two huge signs saying "DO NOT MOVE HERE", bud did not listen to them. Try and look for another place before you sign the lease with them. They will be nice to you, until they have your signature.
