        Avalon properties will always have a special place in my It my first home when I lived out of state many moons ago. These apartments were also beautiful but the hallways were too dark and there were too many expenses to pay monthly IMO. Read the material they give visitors and ask questions. Though the security deposit was a small amount, the other costs were too much for me to pay. I have found other options with less strings to my bag.
