Rented a compact car from this location. Got there to find there was only a truck or electric vehicles available Ended up with a Rogue that overheated within 20 minutes of my trip. The car was smoking, smelled like coolant, and making an horrific noise. Ended up at the Enterprise in Marlton, put in another car with issues. Got an hour into my trip to have that one also overheat (no oil or coolant), to be told to turn around and return the car to me in Berlin or wait 4-6 hours for AAA to meet you. I had to frantically find another Enterprise where I waited 2.5 hours for a drivable car. The Berlin location didnt even offer an apology, but accused me of not being able to read the engine coolant garage and not being able to read the warnings that were on the dash. Absolute joke, will never rent from this location again.

Let me start off by saying the check in process was great. Staff was friendly and respectful. My husband and I took a vacation to WV in that rental. Overall the car was great for the entire trip. Later in our trip we experienced some issues. The car should have had an oil change prior, which it did not. My husband and I had to get an oil change during our vacation and we lost almost a day due to trying to find a place to get it done due to nothing being around. Prior to taking the rental back I spoke with staff who stated they would contact me Monday to see what they could do to help. The branch manager fixed the problem immediately and was super kind and helpful. She refunded a day and the oil change with her sincere apologizes. Despite the mistakes, they fixed the problem, didn't complain about it, and kept a loyal customer. Highly recommended for this location. My go to spot.
