2 day transportation

2-Day Transportation is an absolute disaster when it comes to carrier services. It's hard to imagine a more incompetent and unreliable transportation company than this one. Their customer service team, pickup and delivery team, and management service are all incredibly bad, making them a nightmare to deal with. If you're looking for a reliable transportation company to do business with, this is definitely not the one for you. I cannot recommend 2-Day Transportation under any circumstances. Their incompetence will cost your business money, time, and reputation. Look for another transportation company to work with, as this one is simply not worth the trouble.

Terrible customer service! They were scheduled to pick up a shipment of parts and after a day of not answering or returning our phone calls the dispatch lady tells us the load was too big for their truck. Yet no one bothered to contact us or notify us until we followed up again on the scheduled delivery date to be told by the rude person on the other end of the line If you want we can pick up today or you can schedule with another company, Bye, Bye, Bye. They should change their company name to (Arriving sometime in the Future we just dont know when. Just read other reviews they are not RELIABLE their company name does not reflect their actual business model and again TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great 2 day shipping to FL, however we had to wait a few days until they could deliver in our area (Central FL). Also, tracking does not give much info but everything was undamaged when we received it.
