My friend had a car shipped with this company we’re they verbally told over the phone you car will be there in 2 to 3 days. 6 days later the manager or owner was arguing with her on the phone trying to justify why it took 6 days for a 2 to 3 day trip. I guess the saying the customer is always right doesn’t apply with this business Make sure before you do business with this company you get everything in writing If they commit to a time period of delivery make sure they are ready to reimburse or take some action when they don’t for fill that commitment
