Comfort Suites at Woodbridge

Loved my stay here my only complaint I have is the elevator slow and they only serve pork for breakfast

Ive had to stay at this hotel for a few months due to transition of my home and life. I had it worked out with the front desk about the payments and such as I would pay twice a week and every day as I am a waitress and bartender, just like most of the world I am not a business and dont get paid every day. They were ok with it, so long as I paid. Which in fact I did. Even when the bill was high I gave money, and managed to keep it down as much as I could. The new front desk manager Parth went into my account and changed my reservation for a check out date I did not confirm, I tried explaining to him a few days prior that I would be paying the balance in full on my check out date which was coming soon. He proceeded to scold me in front of another guest and a new check in as if I were a criminal or a child and not willing to pay or as if i were a thief. I was sitting in the lounge that same night he came in made a comment and walked out, several times on his shift my keys were disconnected. He also openly stated to me during his training in front of another front desk attendant bragging about how he charged a person 1,700.00 cash for a room in another hotel he worked at. He also proceeded to tell me he was married in an unsolicited way, not once did I ask nor was interested in a conversation about his personal life. I am not exactly sure how legal it is to over charge a person. However it doesnt seem right to me. He also gave me a hard time the same night about giving me toilet paper because of the balance, as I already knew what days Id be able to pay it off and tried explaining that earlier as i stated already in this review. Thursday, the night before this incident he called the other front desk attendant after 9 pm to ask for more money from me when in the computer it stated I was to give money on Wednesdays and Fridays as I would of had more to give. I had to get out of bed and go back down in my pajamas to give more money as I didnt want the other attendant to get in to trouble by him. he has a very bad demeanor. I am leaving here because of this person and absolutely will not be returning. If that is the type of customer service this property recommends, I will never suggest this property to another person. It makes it bad for the other employees they have all been phenomenal and it reflects on them and thats terrible. Rooms: Rooms are great, very clean and spacious Safety: The safety was good Food & drinks: The breakfast is good, the food and beverage waitress are marvelous.

Nice hotel. Continental breakfast was great with great people providing it. Rooms were very good, but not quite 5-stars. You have to drive down the street and navigate through several roads to go from South from North, which although not the worst case I've seen, is why I gave Location only 4 stars.

This place is a disaster first I booked my stay from 2/23 to 2/27 paid in full well the next day they telling me I have ti check out Im like what ? Then they was like its a mistake on our end Im like cool well that same day they charged me an additional 300 plus dollars after the already 400 plus dollars I paid . I go to front desk they have no clue how it happened or see where it was done so I show them on my bank account statement and then they say oh well manager not here until Monday meanwhile I occurred several overdraft fees because I didnt transfer said money in account well hello thats because this was not supposed to be charge smh stay far away from this place

Rooms were clean, the location isn't bad. The thing I hated were the pillows! They were more like throw pillows and just very uncomfortable. Their breakfast spread is decent. It's close to NY and there's a decent amount of eateries and shopping close by. Rooms: clean, the pillows are terrible Food & drinks: breakfast was decent
