I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say, it was an utter disappointment from start to finish. Firstly, despite booking a room specifically advertised with a hot tub online, upon arrival, there was no hot tub in sight. When I brought this up to the manager, instead of offering a solution, I was told I had to pay an extra fee for something that was supposed to be included in the first place. To make matters worse, when I tried to reason with the manager, their daughter emerged and began yelling at me, accusing me of falsehoods and disrupting the peace of the establishment. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by the staff, especially at 1 AM, was beyond appalling. Absolutely. Not only was my stay at this hotel a nightmare, but I am also compelled to leave a scathing review to ensure that other paying customers avoid this establishment at all costs. It's clear that the management lacks integrity, and the behavior exhibited by the staff is completely unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated as I was during my time there, and I wouldn't wish this experience upon my worst enemy. Consider this review a warning to all potential guests: steer clear of this hotel if you value your time, money, and sanity. Overall, my experience at this hotel was one of the worst I've ever had as a customer. From false advertising to rude and confrontational staff, this place has managed to excel in providing a terrible stay. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment unless you enjoy being treated with disrespect and disdain.
