Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Rose the teller was very rude and would not allow me to make a withdraw even with my license and other state ids, online banking application and my phone number on file for verification. She went out of her way to not allow me to make a withdraw. The lines are very long at this location. She makes the customer service process very long for everyone. Poor customer service from Rose the teller.

This brunch is something wrong never fixed. Always long line at counter because one person handles all Clint drop off deposit or pick up.they have business clients counter but most of time closed.i have two business accounts with them and I west my time waiting 20 to 30 minutes For deposit money. I think now switching to other bank

Yesterday, I have applied for a credit card. I am very satisfied to talk to Mr. antonio. He is a very smart guy and very co-operative. While I was waiting the other two bankers asked me whether I had any issues that was also a nice gesture.

Slowest tellers I've ever seen, ive been in line for about 20min now, still haven't moved and had time to leave this review, bank should be closed genuinely the worst service at a bank I've ever seen and the atms take about 5min to process a transaction place needs to just shut down already. Only reason they're running is because of location. Bank somewhere else if you have a choice
