        They take forever to make your order and I like ordering directly through the website is always down. When I call to place a big company order and ask if I can place it over the phone they respond- they didnt train us to do that. So I guess they arent trained to take phone orders or how to check if their systems are down

        The only fast food joint I've been to that treats you like they actually enjoy serving you food. As opposed to the standard "go away" RBF most other fast food employees are wearing.

        I've gone to this location a handful of times was very disappointed with staff super rude had to repeat my order several times. Food was cold and slapped together. Woman through drive-thru could barely hand my drink making me practically reach all the way through the drive-thru window to get my water. And then gave me attitude that it was my fault that it dropped. I wish there was more Wendy's locations in the state of Vermont it's extremely frustrating having to drive over an hour away to finally be able to eat at Wendy's to have s***** service
