Ive had this bank forever over a decade. The staff is very friendly. Its a good place to bank if you want a simple, checking and savings accounts however, unfortunately is not the best place to get loans wasnt always that way but other banks and credit unions will give you much better rates and are more likely to give you loans I will be keeping my account here just because Ive had it so long and run a lot of credit cards and transactions through there. I do, however, hope in the future that your loans become more competitive and easier to get.

35 dollar overdraft fees for every little issue. Horrible service. ATM fees for non BNH ATMs (they only have a handful, so that's every ATM. I'll be cancelling my account soon, thank god.

Can't EVER get someone from the call center on the phone for customer service. They state in their recorded message that it is due to the amount of people who are calling in to check on their child tax credit (FYI just check your account balance on line) However, I was contacted the next day from the bank and they said they would pass this up the chain of command for resolution (+1 star)

They have an immense lack of communication. They will give you as little information as possible to the point of near deception regarding their fees. It is extremely hard to get a straight answer from anyone in the mortgage department, they will pass you back-and-forth between associates so not one knows whats going on. Very poor service. I would recommend that you steer clear of doing business with them.
