I will say that I have had longstanding lender relationships prior to Jake Kallgren at X5 Home Loans. Having those relationships made it tougher for me to open the door for another lender partner to work with my buyer clients. I gave a lead to Jake recently because of his persistence and drive to want to earn my business. Jake was not overly annoying in reaching out to me which is key in that relationship. I found that I was very impressed with the service that Jake and his team provided to my buyer clients and myself throughout the process. Jake was very communicative, quick to respond, and very on top of the whole transaction. This made it great to work with him! I would highly recommend working with Jake!

The refinance I did with X5 was my first experience and, I'm confident, the best experience I could have hoped for! They provided me with constant updates, took the time to answer all my questions, meticulously made sure I was getting the best deal, and had a fun attitude along the way (which is appreciated when handling a situation such as refinancing). I would, and will, recommend all my friends and family work with X5!
