Jasmine went above and beyond to help my wife and I through the mortgage loan process. This was a very stressful time for us in part because we were new to the process as first-time homebuyers. She was always cheerful and eager to answer our questions. She helped us understand every line of our contract, even pieces about mortgage points and potentially assuming the buyers mortgage even though those details ended up not applying to our purchase. She also helped us work through some complications where some of our past creditors were not reporting to the credit bureaus correctly. We bought our house four months ago and she continues to check in to make sure everything is going well. We highly recommend working with Jasmine!
