Summit Brokerage is the first brokerage I have ever had the privilege to work with and I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure. Darrell M. McIlwain was my direct contact at Summit and I have to say that he 100% made sure he totally went over and above to take care of all my needs and worries regarding the coverage on my new car. Darrell made my experience simple, fast and honestly fun. He was and is a very professional, kind and genuine guy that is very easy to talk to and understand. He is someone that you can immediately tell is willing to help you in every way that he possibly can. Darrell went out of his way to make sure I had as much time as I needed with him so that he could explain everything that I didn't quite understand or was confused about. He gave me complete understanding when I expressed unease or uncertainty. One thing that I really enjoyed was the way he always responded to me in a very happy easy going tone when answering any of the question that I had. Even while walking me through my coverage, agreements and signatures he was extremely caring and helpful. He made sure the entire time that I was satisfied with the service I was going to get. Darrell showed me not only extreme patience and understanding, but he also made sure to not once make me feel like an idiot for asking something that was probably simple knowledge or really basic. I can tell you that he is very knowledgeable in his field of work and is someone I am glad to have gotten to meet. I hope maybe someday that I will be able to work with him again in the near future. Lastly I honestly have to say that I think Summit Brokerage is majorly lucky to have an employee like Darrell working for them and can tell from my experience that he is definitely a extremely valuable asset to have. Helpful in every way one can be helpful. All of my questions get answered and most importantly to me I dont have to call to check rates. I can be sure that effort is actively managed by the broker. He already switched my insurer once when the insurance company was futtzing with the rates and he saw better coverage for cheaper elsewhere. A thousand times thank you!
