We have been with Portsmouth Atlantic for about 10 years. For the great majority of issues/questions/renewals/new cars/etc we have had great service and attention to our coverage and needs. This past week, after a few months of searching for a new car, and thinking it would take months to place an order for the vehicle we were looking for ... there on the lot of our last test drive was just what we were looking for. The only glitch (for us) we were on vacation in Florida. The dealer was able to handle registration in New Hampshire for us. They just needed coverage verification. I called Portsmouth Atlantic and explained what we were doing. I handed the phone to the dealer who verified the details. Within 10 minutes Dyan Martinez had emailed the binder to the dealer and to me. This was the easiest part of our purchase. Thanks you Dyan
