I appreciate the fact that my call to Drain King was answered by a person and was doubly delighted that someone was coming that afternoon. David came in and explained what he was going to do after checking the drainage situation. He was very professional and a pleasure to have in my home. I know whose business card I will be holding onto. I believe I got a five star visit. Thank you very much.

We have used Drain King in Atkinson numerous times over the years. I can't recommend them highly enough! Dave is amazing and a great character. His wife is very nice and efficient. Regardless of the problem they are typically there the same day and leave the area cleaner than when they started and the problem is fixed!

I mean they fixed the problem, but the guy who came made me VERY uncomfortable. Kept making comments about my body and my weight, kept saying I had to come with him everywhere including into my basement, at one point said oops I thought you were my wife for a minute. I ended up having to go to a work meeting and my wife handled it. Well today I THANKFULLY went I to my basement and he took my trash can for my house, filled it with sewer water and LEFT IT IN MY BASEMENT. If I had not checked it and it sat there I would have been furious. I am still not thrilled, $620 later and while my plumbing works I didnt sign up for the discomfort, degrading, and getting covered in poop water trying to get the barrel out of my basement.

Was having problems with a laundry set tub draining. David knew how to get it working again. Great job!!
