        Only 1 of 2 services requested were performed. Technician claimed office did not inform him of second requested service. Therefore he was not authorized to do anything additional. Now a second service call needs to be scheduled. Home watch provider was not phoned to provide advance notice of appointment as arranged by office. Technician did not call until he arrived at property and called owner instead of home watch provider.
