Gave 4 stars for the room due to no microwave in the room and my wife thought the bed was too firm. I was fine with the mattress though. Overall a great place and the staff were all pleasant and welcoming.
Food & drinks: The Ledges restaurant food and staff were both fantastic.

Everything was great, no complaints about anything.
Even with the hotel in the middle of renovations, the management and staff working as a team make everything look almost perfect.

The room was great beyond expectation over all. Everything is new, clean and with details. My mom said the mattress was the best of her life! It seems they dont accept tips however since we put $5 for room cleaning but it was still left on the table. Staff are nice but a bit indifferent. They gave us the promo code for purchasing the lift ticket for the Cranmont ski resort but the price is even higher after using their code.
