AT&T Store

We went in to buy new phones, outright, and keep our current plan. Their salesman told us they don't do that. That they only sell phones on 36 month payment plans and the discounts only really apply when you change plans. AT&T doesn't offer rollover data anymore so that's why they want you to change your plan to their latest "unlimited" plan which is likely very much not unlimited. So their salesman told us we'd basically have to go to Best-Buy!!! What world do we live in where you can't go to your cellphone carrier's store and say I give you money, you give me phone??? Unbelievable. Makes me question staying with AT&T very much. We were able to get our new unlocked phones from Best-Buy (they were happy to take our money and give us phones) and got them set up and working pretty quickly. So you don't get a charger when you purchase an approximately $1k phone anymore and you basically have to set them up yourself now when they used to do that for you for free but you don't save any money it still costs the same or more. Awesome. Well, thanks Best-Buy and laughably thanks for nothing AT&T, our new phones are great lol.

They were very fast and I waited less than five minutes. Took care of what I went there for in about 10 minutes and I was all done. They are very efficient, pleasant, easy to talk to and do whatever they can to help you. And they answer any of the questions that I have. I go to the AT&T on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, Nh. Next to Home Depot. Love their service.

Store manager Paul was excellent. Helped me with my first iPhone as I previously had an android. Took me through the steps to be able to navigate the phone properly. Told me if I have any questions give a call to the store or stop in they would be more than happy to help me. Thank You

Paul and Javier were absolutely amazing. They are very personable, and really know what they are talking about. They will go out of your way to help you and will have great conversation with you at the same time. I cannot say enough good things about them. This was easily one of my best shopping experiences in general not just phone shopping. They weren't pushy about anything and it was fantastic. They let their knowledge speak for itself

Worst customer service. They dont explain things clearly and deceive customers. Assistant manager is just there for no reason and cant even tell his employees to be nice to customers. I had ported all my 4 lines to T-Mobile just because of poor customer service from these AT&T employees.
