        We bought our 2 Samsung 9 cell phones from T - mobile and I had some issues with mine. They fixed it promptly no charge and now it's operating perfectly.

        So far there has been enough staff that every time I go I get to meet with someone. However, I've seen others have to wait. And I can tell that the staff isn't completely focused on my orders because they are doing other things, or worried about other people.
