Made an appointment and met with Scott the sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable about the 2024 Maverick options and presented multiple vehicles they had in stock. The sticker prices on the vehicles matched shop fords website. He explained they were selling at msrp. After selecting the model that fit my desired options I met with Tom on the finance team. Once again options were presented based on today's challenging finance environment. Both members of Autofair were fantastic to work with and I sincerely recommend Autofair and the entire organization. True professionals and I will be back when I need a new vehicle again.

My experience with Joe and the AutoFair team has always been good. If I dont wait, I will receive a call that gives me details so I know what to expect. Pleasant atmosphere and staff. Free popcorn!

If I could give them as zero, I would. I went to AutoFair Ford in Manchester Nh to buy a vehicle a reliable vehicle. I get there they ask me what brings you in today. Well I explain to them i need a RELIABLE VEHICLE. I have a MEDICALLY SICK CHILD that I have to transport back-and-forth between Boston, Childrens Hospital and Dartmouth, Hitchcock Hospital in Lebanon on a monthly base. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Land Rover Discovery it was supposedly,CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED. HERE is the DEFINITION of A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE. A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE (CPO) car is a used vehicle that's been thoroughly inspected and repaired as needed. They give me the keys Im so excited to have a WORKING VEHICLE! Well as I am driving home i am saying to myself hmm something is not right. Well I get home I tell my boyfriend whats going on he says get a hold of them theirs something MAJOR wrong with it well now Im panicking. I email the SALES GUY TOM i was dealing with I explain theres something wrong with it. They pretty much tell me oh well you bought it as is. Yes I did but A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE should not have a MAJOR issue as soon as you leave the lot. I bring it to a garage and COME TO FIND OUT THEY SOLD ME A VEHICLE WITH A BAD FRONT DIFFERENTIAL. This was suppose to be CERTIFIED. A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE should not have a MAJOR ISSUE the moment you leave the lot. As I did a little bit of investigating come to find out the people that owned it before me said the reason they traded it in was because it had a major issue with it. AUTOFAIR FORD screwed me every way but the right way! Its gonna cost upwards to almost $6000 to fix it. I havent been able to drive it since I bought it. Ive already had to make two car payments and two insurance payments on a VEHICLE I CANT EVEN DRIVE. The garage I took it to told me its NOT SAFE TO DRIVE at all. I purchased this vehicle for the main reason of transporting my sick child back and forth to hers doctors. Now not only do I have to worry about how Im gonna get her back-and-forth to her doctors and everything else thats going on I have to worry about how Im going to fix the vehicle that I just purchased from a so called reputable dealership. They are so unprofessional they absolutely knew there were something wrong with it and still sold it to me. Obviously it was not certified. Theyre a horrible dealership. Their employees are horrible and the owner is the rudest thing ever. All I wanted was them to try to work something out with me, but that didnt work out. I would definitely not trust this dealership, and I definitely would never ever refer anyone to buy a vehicle from them.
