        Had a problem with a product after only two years. All I got was robotic answers from Harvey customer service and a lot of "I'm so sorry", "Once again i'm very sorry". I called my contractor who installed them and he stopped by and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. I wanted to pay him but he refused. Don't bother calling the robot clowns at Harvey. A good contractor won't waste anyone's time citing warranties.

        I worked at Harvey for 35 years they treated me good until the company was bought over then we were treated like slaves. I used to hold myself until breaks or lu nch before I dares to go to the bathroom, I seen a lot of shifty stuff going on to make the windows look good, I'm so glad I don't work there anymore, they layed me off and let people go with a Hugh servant pay I never got a dime
