Longer wait than 5 years ago. Used to be 1 hour I was out.it took 2.5 hours to be checked for strep. I didnt know about online form signup. Ill make sure to do that in the future. Awesome help from the nurse Wendy and Dr. Bean listened to all my ailments. Receptionist was very helpful and kind when I didnt know about online signup. Thank you all!

I love that I can book an appointment or get in line online before I head over. I've waited hours at other urgent cares in the past because they did not offer that feature.

I recently went here to get my 20 month child checked out. I would like to state my child does not like strangers/doctors so inevitably she was not having it. I unfortunately had to deal with your Doctor Linda Bean (who I see from other reviews has been complained about) she wasnt to terrible in person but could have been more friendly. My issue is in her notes she stated that it was abnormal and concerning to her that my 20 MONTH OLD CHILD was freaking out because she doesnt like STRANGERS, or Doctors. Not really abnormal for that age. My other issue is in her notes she wrote that, I the mother was less than helpful which wasnt the case AT all and did more work then the nurse she had come assist her. I think she is rude and unfriendly. If she truly felt the way she was feeling she needs to keep rude and snide comments out of her notes. Do not recommend going here as long as she works there.
