Hi Mou/MioYour booking was not on Emma Ray name however my team knows you so it is easy for me. After cleaning, we inspected the room and we got report that rooms is okay. We do not assign the room until we get Okay report from the HK team. Room had no problems and we have photographs of the room as it is part of their job to take photos before and after cleaning the room. That room also went through the same process and all was okay till you check in with two dogs and reported the issue after 3 hours of your stay. This is your third stay in this hotel and every time we end up getting such reviews. In your last review, you complaint about long term guest disturbing and our travelling nurses do not disturb anyone deliberately however in such cases we apologies. First both the time we end up refunding you money. I check all this in my system.My team reported me this issue. We immediately offered you options. As you had two pets with you and we had no idea about pets as pet charges was not paid or we had no note of pets, we arranged the pet room for you and we offered you all kind of services, we could clean the room again after your call and spray or put machine, you rejected and the House keeper came to your room to help, you yelled and disrespected the person, however we tried our best to send you possible help, but the hotel was sold out, we tried reaching other hotels to help you out and you also said you did that, and you told us no hotels have any rooms available, We offered if you get any hotels nearby, we will immediately refund your money though we have 24 hours cancelation polity but if you are not happy, we offered you full refund option also, that never means we could not help, it is really very unfortunate that we were ready to help you with every possible things, you kept rejected that. Our front desk team had hard time to convince you however we tried our best. Thank you for your stay.
