Got a quote for work to be performed. Scheduled work. They didn't show up. Scheduled again. Got called to reschedule to a later date. They didn't show up again. Last straw after a few "we'll call you back" that didn't happen either. Disappointing. They need to improve their follow up communication and actually showing up when they say they will.

After several other companies had come out several times to repair the tankless combination water heater/furnace without success, 3 Brothers diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. They installed a new system in just a few hours. I found them to be efficient, thorough and above all else put the customer first. I will def be using their services in the future. Services: Heating system installation, Repair HVAC
