Just had a 5 star experience from Rymes (Superior?) on a Saturday emergency call. Oil fed burner wasn't working correctly, couldn't get hot water for the last 24 hours. I called Rymes at 1 in the afternoon. Lead service tech Dave was out to my house at 2. He quickly got to work and began to diagnose our issue. Luckily it was simple (for him) and after a few adjustments and tweaks to the system we have hot water again.
Dave not only works efficiently and with confidence, he is a pleasure to have a conversation with. Very personable and funny. You can probably get your oil a little cheaper from somewhere else, but when something mechanical goes wrong, you want the support from a professional team and someone like Dave.

A++ customer service. The customer service reps (during regular business hours) have been a delightful team of people to speak with. Always very kind and helpful, exceeding my expectations. Making sure all questions are answered and any issues the may arise are resolved before hanging up the phone. Jennifer (who I spoke with after hours) was very helpful, making what I thought was going to be a stressful inconvenience hassle, into an easy fix and took care of everything for me over the phone with minimal explanation or stress. I have had a couple after hours emergencies, Rymes team members are always available and willing to help.

Beware! Unfortunately I didn't realize I was paying WAY MORE on my oil costs with Rymes than I should have been for the past 2 years. I made calls around after getting a quote for a 200 gallon fill up that seemed very high and after their "fees" and gal price they were $350 more than anyone else I called for the same 200 gal.
After poor customer service and long wait times or deliveries I'm happy I have moved to another company and wish I did it sooner, I could have saved a lot of money.
Rymes wants to get you on auto fill so they can charge you way more than you should be paying and hope youll be ignorant enough to not notice like I was.

Was a customer under Fuller Oil and remained when Rhymes took over in late 2014. Have had no problems with new owner. Reviews 1 or more years ago are for the previous company Fuller Oil. Too bad those negative reviews are sticking to new company.

Bought a house end of Oct with a rymes propane tank on the property, have been attempting to get someone to my home to look at my tank so we can get it filled, and Rymes has been completely unresponsive. I get as far as customer service telling me someone will be in touch in 3-5 business days and never get contacted. Now its mid December, I have 3 children in the home and our tank is at 20%. Still no returned calls or emails. When will someone call us back???
