        Excellent customer service. Had a broken charging handle on my mpx. Messaged SIG and no questions asked sent out a new one. High quality firearms with great customer service.

        Can't believe the U.S government gave the contact for the XM7 ( for mainly U.S Army use ) to this foreign owned company!!

        1st for the good, sent 2 pellet guns back for repair, Bo was extremely polite & had fast turnaround. Now for the bad, only 1 out of the 2 fairly new pellet guns was able to be repaired.....so lost $200+. Bo Abramczyk offered 40% off a new Sig product. I turned down the offer because if 2 fairly new pellet guns break in the 1st year, why would I invest more $ into new products? Sig has a ways to go before I'll be a customer in the future, money & aggravation is too much.

        The issue of the front sight on my P365XL was replaced with courtesy and professional service. The tritium sight "went south" and still under warranty. Sent in and replaced quickly.
