        Today, Sunday, in the middle of a snow storm, NIBROC came out to fix my furnace. I woke up to furnace not working. It's nerve racking because I'm thinking I won't be able to get a hold of anyone today at 7am! NIBROC owner, Russ helped do some troubleshooting first. When nothing worked,they came out right away and fixed the problem!!! Thank you! They have always been so reliable!

        I called Nibroc and spoke with Russ( the owner), I told him my issue, they were too busy that day, he said he would be there first thing in the morning, he arrived in the morning and I had hot water in a couple hours. Great service from a very knowledgeable person. Thanks Russ

        Wouldnt schedule a furnace maintenance because I had ordered one oil delivery from a cheaper company. I had been with Nibroc since 2018. Ruthless
