time for a staff change. I know it's fast food but at least a little effort would be appreciated. no customers in line, quesadilla was all but uncooked and mostly empty. please do better you guys make delicious food

Literally worst taco bell experience I've had. While the drive thru was quick, my Taco was half full, my burrito was barely folded and the ingredients were not mixed, rather clumped in their own section... the nacho fried were cold and they forgot my cinnamon twists. No wonder it was fast!

The service was fast but they were pretty rude and the food was a mess.
I ordered online and ordered a Brisk because I didn't want soda but they were out. So instead of telling me at the window that the brisk was out and asking what I would like to replace it they just gave me Mt Dew. When I asked the window person about the drink they said they were out and that they gave me a large mt dew instead then shut the window and walked away from it. Then when they gave me my food order they practically threw it at me said "here ya go" and shut the window and walked off.
The food wasn't marked at all for if it was chicken beef or steak and I had to open each taco etc and look to see what was in it. And the cinnamon twists were stuck in the bag upside down and dumped out all over the food.

This location is terrible. I was once told they ran out of food. They consistently get Drive thru orders wrong. They usually have poor service and long lines at their drive thru. Bummer because I love Taco Bell food, but I guess Ill need to drive to other locations. This location does not have breakfast even though their sign says breakfast. Bummer, hope this place improves.

Staff is very respectful, manager is very understanding. Not exactly sure what happened, but we ordered through the app and the money went through, but the order didn't send. We kindly talked to the manager about the situation and got the food we ordered. Heard the place was gonna be shut down soon, but it's still a very good place. Would 100% recommend
