The food was cold and some what stale, the drive thru employee did not get our order right, and he didn't bother to make sure the order was right. Not horrible, but bad.

They didn't have what was on the menu so instead of substituting chicken for steak and having me get the deal they made me pay for every single thing one at a time so I ended up paying $40 for something I could have paid $20

Place always very and backed up but employees due their best to get things done

I asked if they had any burritos that had vegetables on them, yes they have a 5 layer burritos I asked them to remove the meat, they did, along with all the vegetables. Why would I order a 5 layer burrito if I wanted only beans??????

After waiting 30 minutes in line to get to the box (during which an employee came out to see how long the line was) we finally got to the box where I was informed that due to staffing issues they couldn't take my order. They took every car ahead but couldn't tell anyone or put a sign out saying this to as not waste customers time.
I understand that staffing is a problem right now but this was the worst experience I've experience I've had with any restaurant to this point.
