I wouldn’t even bother, not customer service oriented. IN RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM OWNER, To improve experience for customers I suggest, asking the right discovery questions so you could offer the best solution for the situation THEY are facing. Not what YOU think they are facing. If you had cared to ask you would have found out I was not inquiring for a primary residence. AND if I were presented options, versus being told I had to come down to the office. Please understand that every action causes a reaction. So, setting proper expectations and ACTIVELY LISTENING is essential for you to be able to achieve a satisfactory experience with your assistance in the consumer decision making process. Hopefully you learn from your mistakes, because I can still remember how upset I was after our interaction a year later. If I were you I would take this review as a learning opportunity. IF YOU ASKED THE RIGHT QUESTIONS, TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN, AND SET EXPECTATIONS, this review could have been 5 stars.
