Today I set up an auto policy with State Farm after having Geico for 5 years. I called the Derry NH office and was greeted by Doug.
After being on the phone all day with a few different agencies, and speaking with careless rude agents, Doug was a breath of fresh air. He evaluated the issues at hand as well as solved them- in a a VERY timely manner as well. He was thorough and combed through all of the information twice over to make sure everything was accurate, and there would be no discrepancies in the future. The friendly nature is unmatched! I can genuinely say I was lucky to have found Doug. I look forward to remaining a loyal customer. Five stars just isn't enough to rate this experience!

I've been a State Farmcustomer since I got my license, and have been blessed with Doug as my agent the entire time. While State Farm as a whole is wonderful to work with, Doug is why in over a decade I've never even checked rates with another company. It is the only bill-related call I ever make that I don't dread. It's not just a phone call with the friendliest and most helpful rep, it's like talking with an old friend. He brings a level of care to his customers that I have yet to match anywhere else. If I could offer 100 stars I would!
Thanks for everything Doug, I look forward to many more years as a loyal customer!
