        We have been customers of Citizens Bank for years. Our local branch is closed and I needed to set up an account for my daughter. We went into this branch for the first time. Everyone was very nice, from the initial phone call, the front desk and especially Josh. Josh made setting up her first account the best experience. He was professional, friendly, thorough and also has the best personality. He was so fun. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

        Theyre so rude and unhelpful, my husband left for deployment and somehow money was pulled out 3 weeks after he deployed. They blamed my husband for not making sure everything was fine before deployment. DO NOT USE THIS BANK, any branch. Theyre horrible.
