        Deactivated my partners debit card and couldnt tell me why theyd done it. Then one of the employees tried to tease me she said. They have the customer service of a dead spider

        By far the worse bank in New Hampshire. They are never open when you need them to be and the staff is rude.

        Had a Mastercard with Citizens Bank for 30 yrs. Now they refuse to continue the account because I can't show proof that I receive utility bills (being a full time RV camper I have no bills to pay). So I switched over to a bank in Arizona for checking and got an Amex credit card. Oh my what a breath of fresh air. I never realized how far behind Citizens was on everything they do. Oh well, it is sad to leave... but getting so much better service now.
