Bedford Regional care addressed my needs. It was a rocky start when my therapist greeted my We are very early with a sarcastic reply If you consider being late ten minutes then I guess you think you are early. I mentioned he was a bit sarcastic in tone and that my appointed was really 3:00pm. He thought I was his 2:00 patient who never showed up. He readjusted his relationship and said that he will wait till 2:20pm for his 2pm and then prepare for me. I was please he took me a half hour earlier. The rest of the instructional service went well and John shared a lot of information and demonstrated my cpap fully .

Fantastic experience !! I was nervous coming in to get fitted and receive this machine. John was instrumental and outstanding. He made me feel so comfortable during entire process. He was very educated, informative, thorough. He deeply cares that I understood every aspect of not only the product that he was fitting me for and demonstrating proper use; but also the importance of using the equipment and even more about how and why I need it. I honestly felt during the entire visit that the only thing that mattered to John was that I was 100% comfortable inside and out with everything. I can't tell you how much I appreciated John. He treated me like I was family. For sure Regional Home Care is doing something right because if they have a mission statement John is it. Thank you again
