I had an appointment with Dr. Walker @2pm for my tooth examination but they kept me waiting for almost 1 hour. They said they were short staff. I understand but they should have communicate properly! They just wasted my time!

Was referred by my insurance, office staff on the first visit wasn't very good. Scheduled my son's next visit only to get a call saying their office was closing permanently before his next appointment. The office staff was not helpful when I asked for information to be sent to me for their Carson office and hung up on me while I was asking another question. Probably a good thing this office is closing. Worst experience ever.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in today because I was not satisfied with the braces I had put on. The owner or so he says, looked at my teeth, and straight up said my teeth were fine. Took multiple pictures of my teeth then said I was faking my bite. I paid $4500 to fix my teeth and after two years they started to shift back. The owner did not offer any solution to my problem and told me to go to another dentist that he would not be fixing anything. Sat there and argued with me the entire time in front of an office full of people. Incredibly unprofessional, and I will be posting everywhere how I was treated today. I will also be speaking to the Better Business Bureau about the scam that is courtesy, dental and orthodontics. as someone who is a customer and paid for cosmetic braces to walk away, worse than how I originally came, and argued with the whole time, as if I'm making things up, shows the lack of professionalism that they have. After showing him original pictures of the day I got my braces off versus how they look today because that is what he recommended that we do and I quote he said "let's review them together so you can show me exactly what's going on." I pointed out every issue that I was having how my stutter was coming back because of the shift in my teeth he said you're fine. I recommend that you do not go here. The ghetto mentality that the owner has not the thankfulness that we are keeping his business employed is ridiculous. The offices are not sanitary. She put used mouth openers in my mouth.
