        I recently visited Dr. Shanna Kim, DDS, for Trismus (limited jaw opening) treatment, referred by my dentist. Her staff greeted me warmly, and Dr. Kim's caring nature and effective communication were evident. She thoroughly assessed my condition and proposed a treatment plan. Dr. Kim's compassion and communication skills stood out. She listened, examined, and explained my condition clearly. My experience at Shanna Kim, DDS, was very good.

        Dr Kim treated me for the migraine I was experiencing. She gave me a shot to alleviate the pressure, pain, light sensitivity and nausea. Her office, and Kim, her assistant, is very caring and attentive.

        Dr Kim wont even talk to you before you give her money. Just another greedy company trying to capitalize on peoples suffering. Typical western medicine approach.

      Dr. Kim is an experienced, UCLA residency-trained dentist who follows evidence-based protocols and collaborates with other dentists, physicians and health care providers to provide optimal patient care. In addition to completing a two-year accredited residency at UCLA, she received training at Cedars-Sinai Pain Clinic, the Mayo Headache Clinic, Dawson Academy and Spears Academy.She was listed as one of the “Top Dentists in Orofacial Pain” in Phoenix Magazine and served as a lecturer and clinical instructor for the UCLA Orofacial Pain Residency Program.She currently serves as clinical associate professor of orofacial pain at the University of Nevada Reno School of Medicine Department of Neurology and treats orofacial pain and sleep apnea at Northern Nevada Center for Orofacial Pain.
