The teacher ms Kelly physically abused my son at this facility 3 years ago they have removed my review but I wont let it go unknown!! Do not take your child here.

I happened to find this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. We were looking for a place for my son. I was presently surprised! It's located in the Kings Row shopping center. From the outside it doesn't look like anything fancy, but inside there's an inviting feeling. You could tell all the teachers really love the kiddos and I was comforted to know that many of the teachers there had been there since the opening or for a few years. The director, Miss Anna, took me on a tour and was patient with me answering all of my questions. At drop off and pick up, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and hello. My son loves going to school and he's grown leaps and bounds since attending.

Our four year old son attends Crosswalk Preschool and is thriving! Every single teacher is caring, thoughtful and has a smile on their face. We cannot say enough good things about how wonderful the staff is. We have peace of mind knowing he is cared for in a clean, safe and love filled environment every day. We are so grateful Crosswalk Preschool is his home away from home!

My child has gone to this school since he was able to at 2 years old, he's almost 5 now and has loved it everyday. They work with you if you need to switch your child from full time to part time or Vice versa. Teachers are wonderful and I feel like it's a super safe space for my kiddo, plus it's a Christian based preschool which is even better!

I gotta say we were fooled. Someone recommended Crosswalk to us in our search for the right daycare for our little boy. Our guy is a 3 yo special needs child and we really tried to be as transparent about everything BEFORE committing to enrollment. We explained his speech delay, "it's okay we have a therapist next door" we explained his impulsive behavior, "some kids are just different" we explained he was a very busy child with a tendency to be violent but not malicious in any way "we'll redirect and use the strength of god to reach your son" we put the school director in contact with his therapists, very little was done on the schools end. BEFORE we committed to enrollment we were constantly reassured that our son was in good hands-they gave him a month and pulled the plug on us. A school that claims to be a wholesome good environment for littles, sure if your child checks all the "normal kid" boxes. They will try to relate to you to pull you in. What earns the one star is the cleanliness of the school and the speech therapist my son sees at the community center next door. Zara is a literal godsend and I wish there were a hundred more like her. Reno daycares should really invest in the futures of special needs children because they are living breathing human beings too and if you claim to have the lord in your heart, you should probably try harder than a months worth of nothing special.
