        I show up early for my appointment. Someone shows up late and I get bumped 30 min.. There are several better eye doctors that respect the time of their customers. This is not one of those places! My opinion but I would find another place!

        Visited this location to get my eyes checked and to get a new pair of glasses. Optometrist was great, and on time with me. Chris and the staff in the eyeglass section were really nice and very helpful. They would have earned a five-star review, however, this store is clearly understaffed. Each time I was in there, both to order my new glasses, and to get my wife a new pair, there were people waiting. So what should have been a quick visit took much longer than it should have. The selection was fine and again the staff, once they get to you, were helpful. The place doesn't make glasses on site, so you have to wait ten days for delivery. This is a premium priced optical place, not a discount place, so they should have enough sales staff to ensure you don't have to be waiting as long.
