Dropped my review to one star because this place reduced it's operating hours and is closed so often I can't even do business with them. Completely closed Sundays, they don't open till 10 on weekdays and they are closed by 6 on everyday but Friday. Been trying to get my title back for 2 weeks but I'm gonna have to go far out of my way to get it during there hours because they are only open during normal working hours... you know, WHEN PEOPLE ARE AT WORK!!!!! Combine that with the fact that they double charge on loan payments, then when they refund those extra payments they mark the refunds as missed or late payments and this place has truly turned to garbage. Give me back my title and then go out of business. That's all this place would be good for.

Came in to deposit money on my wisely account. Guy behind the counter told me he could deposit money in my account IF I APPLY FOR A LAWN.I've been in this location before to deposit cash into my account no issue but today I have to apply for a lawn. If your business doesn't deposit cash onto Visa wisely cards then contact the company so it no longer shows your business as a cash reload center!Very rude, taking advantage of customers.Do your job Stop being lazy and just do your job without looking for a sell. This company still charges a fee to deposit, so it's not like your company wasn't going to get money my deposit transaction. The guy was not have a name tag.

Had never dealt with these money centers before. The crew here at the 7th st location are awesome. Friendly and full of helpful info.
