I came to exchange my check worker was extremely unprofessional and rude her name is Yudyt I felt discriminated because I happen too forget my date of birth I told her to give me a moment and she kept repeating 6 times "you don't know your date of birth" She was throwing it in my face and was laughing. YUDYT should not be working in customer service!

Money tree has the best customer service. Check city won't even answer their phones. Talk to Julie today had a couple of questions, she was very helpful! I have been here in the past as well and they always do a good job. :-)
