Original Review: We ordered and paid the deposit for new garage doors from George and Sons in early August. The estimator was extremely nice and professional. The company told us the ETA was October. In late October, we followed up, and they said next week. Then they went quiet. We followed up again, and they said next week again. Its been next week, next week, next week, and next week, and now the sales department doesnt respond to our emails anymore when we asked if they could pass on our concerns to the manufacturer regarding the delays and unreliable dates. The sales department went quiet like a scam. Not reachable. Its disappointing that this is how they treat their customers. Wed appreciate it if theyre at least proactive in keeping us informed and sending nicer responses that show that they care. However, no garage doors and no correspondence.
